Getting to the ride start: Airports, Amtrak and Driving details

The ride starts and ends at the ride headquarters at the AmericInn in Apple Valley, MN, 15 minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) airport.

MSP is serviced by all major US air carriers and has direct flights from many European and Asian carriers.

Riders arriving at MSP International Airport can utilize ground transportation services directly from the baggage claim area.

St. Paul is a station on Amtrak with trains from the east (Chicago) and west (West Coast) daily. Bicycles can be loaded on and off at this stop. This is about 20 miles from the ride headquarters.  Surface transportation options (taxis, Lyft, etc.) are available or contact us for a good bike route to the hotel (MnRando@aol.com).

For those that are driving, Apple Valley is a southern suburb of the Twin Cities and is easily accessible via Interstates I-35, I-94, US-52 and US-61.
