Registration

Welcome to the Coulee Challenge ride registration page.

All registrations are accepted on the first day of registration and placed in a hold status. If the rider limit is not reached after the first day, all riders will be confirmed. If the rider limit is exceeded at the end of Day 1, a lottery will be conducted to assign riders to either confirmed or wait listed. All Day 1 registrants will be notified of their status (confirmed or wait listed) within a few hours of the end of the Day 1 registration period

After Day 1, registration will continue. As long as there are open spots, riders will be confirmed immediately after their registration process. Once registration is full, new applicants will be informed of this and given the choice to continue with registration and be placed on the wait list or they can stop before registering and paying. Wait listed riders can drop out and receive a full refund at any time.

If you are wait listed, there is a good chance you will be confirmed later on as a certain percentage of confirmed riders will drop out and we will be doing our best to find additional accommodations to give everyone that wants to ride with us the opportunity to do so.

Please fill out the following fields, then select the PayPal button to step through the registration payment phase. You will be charged $550. See Refund Policy for details. Note that PayPal payments can be either through a PayPal account or a qualified debit or credit card.

You will be asked to enter and confirm a password. This, combined with your email address, will give you the ability to login to the Coulee site to update your personal profile fields (address, phone, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: All riders are required to email their ride and proof of vaccination qualifications between May 1, 2022 and August 1, 2022. More details will be provided well before these dates.
